Press Ganey Reports

Valley View strives to provide the highest level of patient care in a healing environment. Press Ganey, a nation wide patient satisfaction survey group, collects statistical data of Valley View’s performance through random patient surveys. Various hospital inpatient and outpatient services are measured based on patient satisfaction.

Valley View’s goal is to reach the 90^th percentile in the Press Ganey database, which includes over 1,000 hospitals nation wide. Valley View is dedicated to achieving this goal and has implemented the Service Excellence initiative throughout the organization.
