In 1988, Valley View Regional Hospital established the Medical Center of Stratford in Stratford, Oklahoma; a populated community in need of a full-time physician. Today, the family practice satellite clinic continues to provide preventive health care, diabetes education, and screenings, as well as primary care and minor emergency assistance to thousands of families in neighboring communities.

The clinic is a member of the national Vaccines for Children's Program and the state's SoonerCare program. The Medical Center of Stratford is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m, open Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to noon.
