In an effort to provide comprehensive, quality health care in a spirit of personal caring, safety and concern, Valley View Regional Hospital (Hospital) and its medical staff have adopted the following statement of patients’ rights.  To accomplish this goal, the patient should be informed of their rights before receiving or discontinuing care.  The patient may appoint a representative to receive this information should he or she so desire.
